DUE TO COVID-19 OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES HAVE BEEN ALTERED
Shipping will be within 2 weeks of order date. If you choose curbside pickup you will receive a call when your order is ready for pickup and an appointment will be made to receive your order.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and all tags attached along with original receipt.
Returns are accepted within 21days from the ship date. Clearance items, leggings, and swimwear are non
returnable. You may return your online orders at stores also.
Lili Lu Designs, LLC reserves the right to inspect returned items and make judgments as whether the
item(s) were worn, altered, and/or washed. We reserve the right to deny a return in part or full.
